CareMinder began with a healthcare service design project in collaboration with Samsung Medical Center. Inside hospitals, patients’ seemingly minor yet frequent, unscheduled verbal requests are a major cause of delayed nursing workflows and increased stress. We streamline the communication workflow between patients and medical staff to improve hospital efficiency and help address challenges in clinical settings. In 2024, CareMinder achieved a remarkable milestone by winning both the Excellence Award and the Popularity Award (a double win) at the Chung Ju-Young Startup Competition, Korea’s leading startup competition. We have conducted joint clinical research with Ajou University Hospital and Korea University Guro Hospital, and have rapidly gained recognition for our innovation and potential by signing an agreement with Seoul National University Bundang Hospital and delivering successful deployments across various hospitals. We will do our very best to build hospitals where both patients and nurses can smile together.
