WOSEM Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in biosafety engineering and medical device manufacturing. We pursue the vision of “No.1 in Quarantine and No.1 in Business” and take the lead in ensuring public safety. We are providing professional engineering technology necessary for effective prevention of high-risk pathogens such as ‘MERS’ and ‘COVID-19’ to government agencies, public hospitals, research laboratories, and others. We are expanding our business to medical device development and manufacturing areas in the biosafety field. Our Portable Negative Pressure Unit, which proved its unrivaled competitiveness during the ‘MERS’ outbreak in 2015 being used by National Medical Center, converts a general room into a Negative Pressure Isolation Room with a simple installation and a low price. We developed Ansim Carrier (Negative Pressure Carrier) and Ansim Wheelchair (Negative Pressure Isolating Wheelchair) which prevents secondary infection while transporting confirmed or suspected cases of high risk pathogens. These products have been used for dealing with COVID-19 in the front line of quarantine in South Korea and have been supplied to other countries through an ODA project by KOICA. Our negative pressure devices can be checked and controlled by the user’s mobile through the Network System. The reason we could develop innovative and remarkable medical devices is based on our accumulated engineering skills in biosafety field since 1999.
