MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE PAI is an ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certified American manufacturer specializing in standard and custom precision molded rubber seals for medical devices and general industry. The company operates in both traditional manufacturing and certified Class 7 cleanroom environments to meet a full range of customer and regulatory requirements. Manufacturing capabilities span from micro-miniature parts to 36-inch components across a variety of standard and custom sealing profiles. Products include standard and special-size O-rings, U-cups, X-rings, and fully customized molded rubber components. PAI molds with USP Class VI LSR and HCR silicone, EPDM, and FKM materials, among over 20 polymers and +1,000 compounds in both cleanroom and non-cleanroom settings. Building on decades of medical device manufacturing expertise, PAI is expanding its Class 7 cleanroom in 2026 to support advanced liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding and meet growing customer demand. A fully equipped, state of the art in-house mold shop and laboratory support custom compound formulation, testing, and validation. Processing capabilities include rubber mixing, injection, transfer, and compression molding, as well as cryogenic de-flashing, laser marking, automated visual inspection, specialized packaging, and full lot traceability. Engineering teams manage every stage of production, from initial part analysis and manufacturability review to final delivery. Onsite toolmaking and prototyping enable fast, economical prototypes and cost-effective design improvements without compromising performance. The in-house research and development lab identifies optimal materials and testing methods to verify performance and compliance.
