We are specialized in three series of products including disposable medical consumables, industrial personal protective equipment, and beauty salon spa disposable products, such as face masks, KF94 masks, coveralls, bed cover sets, caps, gowns, lab coats, sleeve covers, shoe covers, washing gloves and so on. We also have non-woven and SMS fabric production lines and can produce the fabric on our own now. They are widely used in wet wipes, household cleaning, cosmetology, agriculture and etc. Our company has more than 300 stable and trained workers, 43 Sets of machines for face masks, about 200 Sets of sewing machines for clothes and other handmade products,10 sets of vacuum compression packaging machines,10 sets of ultrasonic heat sealing machines,6 sets of machines for buttons, 4 Sets of machines for caps, 2 Sets of machines for shoe covers, 1 set of machine for scrub gloves, also have loading forklift...etc. We export over 400 High Cube containers to over thirty different regions and countries every year, such as the USA, Germany, Japan, South Africa, Saudi Arabia... etc. Our annual turnover is more than 10,000,000 USD. We have two factories, the new one is the 100,000 level purification workshop,is designed by the following standard process: Raw material warehouse- raw material receiving - Tear packaging - cut the fabric - stitching or ultrasonic heat sealing - folding - packing - products warehouse. All staff wear an anti-static work suit, shoe covers, and a hairnet before entering, and make sure the workshop is clean and no hair. Every workshop has a QC inspector to supervise the quality, deal with the issues, to maintain the highly effective running of the production. Every product needs to pass the strict QC process before packaging and shipping. To improve the efficiency and decrease the human error rate we brought in the Intelligent inspection equipment in the face mask machine, it can recognize defective masks automatically. The nonwoven face mask is our most advantageous product, we also customize the machine for individual packaging face masks, and also have a machine to wrap film on the box of face masks, especially for Japan market. Our warehouse was designed and built according to the high-end standard of the non-woven fields, all finished products are put in plastic pallets to make them dry and ventilated, and the staff does cleaning every day to make it neat and tidy. Higher standard quality is always our pursuit, we have accessed TUV certified CE, ISO13485, ISO 9001, BSCI, FDA, EN14683, EN13795, Medical Device Production license, also many other awards from the CCPIT and governments. Also, our factory had built an internal laboratory, which is equipped with the most advanced testing devices for the PFE, pulling test, tearing strength, differential pressure, fabric weight, ingredients, microbial cleanliness, Synthetic Blood Penetration testing and so on.
