Phoenix Silicon International Corporation (PSI), founded in 1997 and headquartered in Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan, is a leading provider of wafer processing services specializing in wafering and thinning. In 2022, PSI established its Chung-Kang Branch in Taichung Port Technology Industrial Park, launching the world s first fully automated smart wafering fab. In 2024, PSI expanded into biosensing by introducing the Flex MultiOmic Biochip, a CDMO platform integrating MEMS fabrication and surface probe control technologies.
