Sencure is a semiconductor company specializing in the development of advanced analog front-ends (AFEs) for bio-potential measurements such as EEG, EMG, and ECG. Its flagship product, the SNCE800 series, is a low-power, high-performance 24-bit AFE optimized for use in wearable devices. The integrated circuit (IC) features eight channels, each equipped with a highly sensitive analog front-end and a dedicated analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The front-end is optimized for use with both dry electrodes and conventional gel-based electrodes. With a total power consumption of less than 3 mW when all channels are active, the SNCE800 significantly reduces overall device size. The SNCE800 was designed to simplify compliance with IEC60601-1 requirements for leakage currents, without introducing excessive noise into the system.
