A fully equipped, state of the art in-house mold shop and laboratory support custom compound formulation, testing, and validation. Processing capabilities include rubber mixing, injection, transfer, and compression molding, as well as cryogenic de-flashing, laser marking, automated visual inspection, specialized packaging, and full lot traceability. Engineering teams manage every stage of production, from initial part analysis and manufacturability review to final delivery. Onsite toolmaking and prototyping enable fast, economical prototypes and cost-effective design improvements without compromising performance.
