Nitrogen-Powered Freezing Unit

Kirchen (Sieg), Germany

Liquid nitrogen-operated device for generating ultra-low temperatures in cryopreservation applications. Enables controlled and programmable freezing of biological and medical samples in research and clinical settings.

Manufactured by

Kirchen (Sieg), Germany

Tradition in cryogenic container construction in Kirchen-Euteneuen: To ensure that the desired cold remains available for a very long time, our containers and transfer line systems - specially developed by our research - have a special, sophisticated insulation technology: high-quality multi-layer vacuum super insulation between the inner and outer container, highly active adsorbents and a computer-aided, optimized thermal design reduce the heat input and thus the evaporation of the liquid gases to a minimum. We make cryogenic, liquefied gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, helium or hydrogen storable and usable for you - we have been successful with this for decades both inside and outside Germany.
