Active Manufacturing is an ISO and ITAR registered company specializing in metal prototype and short run stampings, springs, clips and assemblies for the medical, automotive, EV, electronics, military, aerospace and alternative energy industries plus many others. Founded in 1986 and using CO2 and fibers lasers; 3, 4 and 5 axis cnc machining, EDM, servo, hydraulic and mechanical presses from 8 - 220 tons. Spot, micro spot and robotic mig and tig welding along with full inspection capabilities, we can take your initial design through the prototype and short run stages making an easy hand off to production providers by supplying high quality, tight tolerance parts. We do all of our own tooling in house along with all forming and inspection allowing us to turn your parts quickly and correctly.
