Pulsed Irrigation System

A pulsatile irrigation system for surgical washing and cleaning during orthopedic procedures. This system delivers controlled pulsating fluid irrigation.

A surgical irrigation device primarily used for wound irrigation during trauma surgery with non-contact operation and variable flow rates and jet patterns selectable by the operator based on clinical needs. Provides clear surgical field, reduces infection risk, and effectively removes bone fragments, blood clots, and fat particles to reduce embolism-related mortality. Tested by quality supervision centers and validated through clinical trials at major hospitals including Peking Union Medical College Hospital.

The pulsed irrigation device uses a compression-type pulsed pump creating pulsed water flow with different irrigation frequency combinations for oscillating irrigation of trauma surfaces, enabling rapid separation of foreign objects from tissue through oscillating water flow. Clinically verified to thoroughly irrigate deep and shallow tissue layers, osteotomy surfaces, and bone marrow cavities. Available in multiple models with diverse application scenarios, suitable for wound and soft tissue irrigation and drainage in orthopedic and other surgical procedures. The device offers DC battery and AC power supply options; the DC battery version provides portable design with extended runtime, ideal for environments without power or unstable power supply such as outdoor rescue; the AC version is environmentally friendly with stable voltage, low cost, lightweight, and easy operation for conventional surgical environments. Multiple nozzle types are provided: shower-type nozzle for trauma and burn wound debridement with umbrella splash prevention design; brush-type nozzle for spinal fracture internal fixation and lumbar surgery with simultaneous irrigation and suction for complex cavity cleaning; long metal tube nozzle for laparoscopic abdominal procedures including thoracic, hepatobiliary, splenic, pancreatic, and gastric surgery, as well as gynecologic and urologic laparoscopic procedures; short metal tube nozzle for arthroscopic procedures especially for gout arthritis and synovitis; and spinal nozzle with 45-degree mist irrigation for open spinal surgery, UBE procedures, and spinal fusion.
