Real Time PCR Kit for Respiratory Pathogens

This kit is used for in vitro qualitative detection of COVID-19, Influenza A virus, Influenza B virus, Respiratory syncytial virus, Adenovirus, M. Pneumoniae, Chlamydia pneumoniae, Human Metapneumovirus, Parainfluenza virus 1/3, and Parainfluenza virus 2 antigen in human nasal swab samples. The kit uses an immunochromatographic method with latex microspheres where treated samples are applied to test cards and viral antigens form complexes with labeled antibodies. The complexes move along a nitrocellulose membrane and are captured by pre-coated monoclonal antibodies, producing a blue reaction line in the detection area if antigen is present above the minimum detection limit. A blue reaction line in the quality control area indicates the chromatography process is normal.

A PCR-fluorescence diagnostic kit for detecting Streptococcus pneumoniae, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Legionella pneumophila, Haemophilus influenzae, and Bordetella pertussis. The kit provides 6-plex detection with internal control and is designed for use with the Galaxy Nano system.
