ASSO is a social cooperative headquartered in Cesena, specializing in the management of healthcare booking services with over 10 million phone calls handled annually. ASSO operates throughout the national territory, from Lombardy to Sicily, with a workforce of over 500 people, of which over 80% are women. 50% of employees are Persons with Disabilities. We insert people with disabilities and skills, offering professionalism, training and support, adopting the perspective in which diversity is growth. We offer quality services in collaboration with public and private entities in the healthcare sector. We adopt advanced and innovative technological tools that allow real-time monitoring of company KPI performance. We are a social enterprise with real impact: we do not simply provide services but generate opportunities. We work every day to create a sustainable model of workplace inclusion and social innovation. We present ourselves to: Directors of Private Care Facilities, Polyclinics, Thermal Centers who have the need to govern the booking process, exponentially reducing missed calls and increasing the number of bookings taken, as well as being able to monitor the service performance in real time.
