IMT - Precision on glass IMT has its roots in the microstructuring of metal coatings on flat optical substrates. Over the years, we have continuously expanded this core competence with complementary technologies. Today, our solutions are used in the semiconductor industry, medical technology, biophotonics, sports optics, microfluidics and optical metrology. In addition to applications with a focus on optical functions, the IMT product range also includes components with electronic and/or mechanical functions. Our microfluidic components combine the entire spectrum in a single element. Etched microchannels, through-holes (TGV), structured metallic and dielectric coatings, electronic conductors (electrodes) and optical networks, for example, are possible thanks to state-of-the-art semiconductor technology. We have positioned ourselves as a service provider in the field of micro-optics and microtechnology.
