With an optimal operating temperature of 60–62°C and complete heat inactivation at ≥83°C, the enzyme consistently reverse transcribes nearly 100% of RNA templates ≤300 nt and enables detection of single-digit RNA copies. Genetic Tools offers specialized kits optimized for one-tube multiplex RT PCR, RNA NGS library preparation, and RNA extraction-free protocols.
